I stumbled upon this truly brilliant recipe for pizza stuffed monkey bread. I was so ridiculously thrilled by it, but it is incomplete. I'm really disappointed that the creator stopped so short of genius. Only brushing the inside of the pan with garlic butter? Bah! To truly make this recipe excel it needs a more absorbent dough and to be doused with garlic butter in spades, truly soaked, a bit, with garlic bits all over the dough, possibly even worked into the crust itself.
I intend to make this in the near future.
